The role requires a degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Medicine and preferably 3 years in a 500-sow operation, with strong leadership and record-keeping abilities.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years work experience in a 500-sow swine operation as a farm supervisor.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
