Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a junior Architect/Engineer to contribute to landmark projects. You will participate in minor phases of broader assignments, apply standard engineering methods, and support senior consultants with analyses and design computations.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Engineering, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and solid communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Office tools is a plus as you help deliver reports on time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture / Engineering or any other Environmental degree relevant qualifications.
• 1-2 years of Architectural or Engineering experience
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to interpret and carry out instructions well.
• Deliver tasks within an agreed timeline.
• Basic knowledge in Sustainability/Engineering principles to analyse and interpret information.
• Basic knowledge on the built environment & sustainability and technical standards (NCC, Green Star, NatHERS, Thermal Comfort) is a plus
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel and SketchUp is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Working on minor phases of broader assignments.
• Using a variety of standard Engineering methods and techniques in solving problems.
• Assisting more Senior Consultants with the analysis of information, production of designs and computations.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and other documentation under supervision.
• Participation at internal meetings and any other meetings when required.
• Acknowledges and addresses skills gaps thru trainings and seminars.
