Job summary

READYCON TRADING & CONS. CORP. in Pasig is seeking a Civil/Geodetic Engineer to perform site surveying, layout, and as-built planning for road and infrastructure projects. The role involves using GPS, total stations, and drones to collect data and verify design conformance.

You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to plans, providing precise markers and documentation on site inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in road construction, asphalt paving, or construction surveying.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Geodetic Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to be assigned in Manggahan, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site layout and mark positions for road alignments, curves, drainage, and structures per design plans.
• Use GPS, total stations, and drones to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
• Measure completed work to ensure it matches design specifications.
• Provide layout points and reference markers for buildings, roads, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and provide as-built plan and layout (AutoCAD).
• Monitor elevations, slopes, and road levels (cut and fill) during construction.
• Ensure construction follows approved plans, tolerances, and safety standards.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
• Accompany Project Engineer during site inspection.

• Prepares site layout and mark the exact positions for road alignments, curves, drainage systems, and structures based on design plans. Create maps, plans, and reports based on collected data.

• Land measurement uses specialized tools (like GPS, total stations, and drones) to measure distances, angles, and elevations.

• Measure completed work to ensure it matches design specifications.

• Provide layout points and reference markers for buildings, roads, and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare and provide as built plan and layout (auto cad)

• Monitor elevations, slopes, and road levels (cut and fill) during construction.

• Ensure construction follows approved plans, tolerances, and safety standards.
