XAPT is seeking a Support Consultant – Finance to join our Global Support team. Ideal candidates have working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ERP systems, or financial business processes, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, customer support, or client-facing environment is beneficial.
• Experience working with ticketing systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incoming support tickets and manage them through the ticketing system.
• Perform root cause analysis, regression testing, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Organize and conduct regular customer calls related to support cases.
• Learn and continuously expand knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products, finance processes, and related solutions.
• Continuously develop professional and technical skills through self-learning and training programs.
• Help customers break down complex business and financial challenges into practical solutions.
• Provide guidance on optimal system configuration and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value and improve system utilization.
• Use customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, and demonstrations remotely or on-site when required.
