Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines invites you to join as a Supply Planning Specialist. You will oversee Notice of Deletion (NOD) management, monitor inventory exposure, and provide risk reporting while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution of supply chain processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field and have at least 3 years in inventory analysis or end-to-end supply chain operations, with experience in ERP or planning systems and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in: Inventory analysis.
Experience in end-to-end supply chain processes.
Experience with inventory analysis, risk reporting, and process-driven environments.
Shared Services/GBS experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

1. Notice of Deletion (NOD) Management: end-to-end NOD activities for products scheduled for deletion.
2. Supply Chain Loss Reporting & Analysis: prepare and maintain inventory and loss reports; analyze exposure and risks.
3. Stakeholder Management: coordinate with internal stakeholders; communicate status updates and action plans.
4. Controls, Compliance & Documentation: adhere to SOPs; ensure reporting accuracy; support workflow improvements.
