Are you an experienced supply chain professional ready to lead a high-performing team? Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in GCC Manila and play a critical role in ensuring efficient short-term supply planning and operational excellence.

As our Supply Planning Lead, you will oversee Integration Tactical Planning (ITP) activities across a 0–12-week planning horizon, driving supply reliability, resolving operational challenges, and leading a team committed to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily execution of short-term supply planning activities, ensuring timely and accurate planning across assigned categories and manufacturing sites.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supply-related risks, collaborating closely with production, procurement, customer service, and other cross-functional teams to maintain business continuity.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Supply Planners while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive process governance to enhance operational visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, simplify workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen overall planning performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or operational roles, including proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including ITP, IBP, and S&OP, with proficiency in ERP systems.
• Core Competencies: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into practical business solutions.
• Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
