Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Supply Chain Integrated Planning Manager to lead planning optimization initiatives within our Operations Consulting team in the Philippines. You will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and guide teams in implementing advanced planning solutions using APS platforms.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or APS implementations, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of solid experience in supply chain planning or APS implementation.
• Experience with APS platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or SAP IBP is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of supply chain planning and operations consulting engagements.
• Oversee client accounts and ensure alignment with strategic supply chain objectives.
• Guide teams in designing and implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives using APS platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical system designs.
• Analyze complex supply chain challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build capability and performance.
• Ensure quality delivery of outputs while meeting timelines and client expectations.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across engagements.
