Supply Planning & Operational Delivery
- Execute short-term supply planning activities accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Create and maintain production plans in relevant planning systems, considering factory capabilities and available resources.
- Support weekly handovers and production prioritization with site stakeholders.
- Support Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and availability-related activities within the assigned scope.
- Monitor open issues, risks, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution and escalation.
Planning, Coordination & Risk Management
- Identify and communicate key supply risks and recommended mitigation actions.
- Identify gaps in supply plans and recommend practical scenarios or solutions.
- Review planning inputs, constraints, and site updates to support effective decision-making.
- Coordinate with sites, availability planning stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support planning discussions connecting short-term execution, DRP, availability, and broader supply chain requirements.
- Escalate tactical trade-offs that extend beyond the short-term planning horizon when necessary.
Controls & Quality
- Follow established SOPs, planning rules, controls, and escalation processes.
- Maintain accurate planning data, assumptions, and supporting information.
- Ensure disciplined documentation and adherence to planning standards.
- Contribute to SOP reviews and improvements by identifying process gaps and validating updated ways of working.
Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Support
- Provide responsive support to sites, onshore planning teams, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate planning issues, risks, assumptions, and next steps clearly.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for planning or service issues.
- Recommend practical improvements to planning workflows, issue management, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to improved planning quality, operational reliability, and supply chain performance.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Training in supply planning, logistics, S&OP, or business operations is an advantage.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or related supply chain operational roles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including the connection between short-term planning, IBP, S&OP, inventory, logistics, and site execution.
- Experience working in an S&OP environment is preferred.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems is desirable.
- Experience in a process-driven operational environment is preferred.
- Experience in a shared services, GBS, or delivery center environment is an advantage.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Understanding of short-term supply planning, availability planning, DRP, and related supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High level of planning accuracy and process discipline.
- Ability to work effectively within SOPs, controls, and defined planning processes.
- Good communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate planning issues into clear, practical actions.
