Job summary

Meralco is seeking a Supply Chain Process and Standards Associate to perform operational tasks across Warehouse, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor & Catalog Management. You will support processes and information systems, ensure data quality, and help implement standards and controls.

The role involves training line personnel, ensuring ISO and data privacy compliance, and participating in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements in the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related course.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of prior related work experience in Supply Chain.
• Integrity in dealing with the customers and stakeholders.
• Honesty, transparency, and accountability in all activities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and driven.
• Proficiency with personal computers and networking.

Responsibilities

• Management of Warehouse, Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor & Catalog Management Processes & Standards and related information systems
• Provision of End-user Support for Supply Chain Processes and Systems
• Data Quality Management
• Develop & Conduct Trainings for Process improvements to line personnel and system users
• ISO Process Compliance
• Data Privacy Compliance
• Conduct of Research & Special Studies
• Representation of SCPS/SCLM in ad-hoc and/or cross-functional teams
• Adheres to Project Management principles in the implementation of system improvements and conduct of special studies
