Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Coordination
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and lead times
• Process purchase orders and negotiate supplier contracts
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies
• Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent overstocking/stockouts
• Organize shipping, delivery schedules, and transportation
• Work with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of goods
• Supply Chain Planning & Optimization
• Analyze data and develop strategies for supply chain improvement
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with company standards
• Prepare and maintain records of purchases, inventory, and deliveries
• Submit reports on supplier performance and cost savings
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work with finance, production, and warehouse teams to support overall operations
• Troubleshoot supply delays and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain
