Icon Equipment Solutions Philippines Inc. seeks a proactive Supply Chain Leader to optimize fleet operations, procurement cycles, and inventory control in Parañaque, Metro Manila. You will drive Kaizen initiatives, monitor asset lifecycle, and lead a team to achieve cost savings and on-time delivery targets.

Responsibilities emphasize improving RO completion, accurate inventory records, and developing staff through engagement and leadership to sustain high retention and performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high fleet availability and uptime by maintaining assets in good operating condition.
• Monitor fleet aging and implement strategies to maintain optimal asset lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement cycle time to ensure timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
• Implement efficient purchasing processes to meet operational requirements and reduce delays.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives to achieve targeted average monthly cost savings.
• Ensure high on-time delivery performance for both importation and domestic logistics.
• Manage logistics costs per unit and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Ensure high repair order (RO) completion rates through proper parts availability and inventory planning.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and achieve target inventory accuracy levels.
• Lead and implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Ensure the execution of at least the required number of improvement initiatives annually.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure high employee retention through engagement, development, and effective leadership.
