About the role

The Head of Supply Chain Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities. This role manages planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. The Head of Supply Chain Management collaborates closely with operations, finance, sales, and key suppliers to align supply chain strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand and supply data and optimize processes
• Resolve supply chain bottlenecks
• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships
• Manage budgets and monitor key performance indicators
• Lead and develop the supply chain team
• Implement best practices and maintain strong service levels for internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, with experience managing end-to-end planning, logistics, and inventory processes
• Proven background in Operations Management, including process optimization, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination
• Demonstrated experience in Procurement, vendor management, cost negotiation, and contract administration
• Effective Team Leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Solid Customer Service orientation, ensuring high service levels, timely issue resolution, and strong stakeholder communication
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPSM) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficiency with supply chain and ERP systems is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Manila and manage multiple priorities
