Amcor Flexibles Philippines Corp. is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to plan, manage and direct end-to-end supply chain operations from vendors to customers in Batangas.

• Plan, manage and direct the supply chain to achieve uninterrupted, efficient material flows.
• Work with Sales and Production to align demand and production plans.
• Establish data recording and reporting systems for RM, WIP and FG levels.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics vendors to achieve best total cost.

Responsibilities

• Maximize DIFOT while minimizing working capital.
• Lead the operational planning process, demand review and S&OP meeting.
• Ensure demand analysis process delivers best estimate and communicates to stakeholders.
• Establish means to implement a freeze period with no shopfloor changes.
• Implement planning and control processes to minimize stock levels and working capital.
• Ensure slow moving materials are managed and aging inventory monitored.
• Run monthly aging inventory reviews with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks.
• Track RM, WIP and FG levels and ensure timely/material purchases at best total cost.

Job description

As Supply Chain Lead you will be responsible for planning, managing and directing the supply chain to achieve uninterrupted, efficient and economical material flows from vendors to customers.

Supply Chain Strategy

• To maximize DIFOT (delivery in full and on time) while minimizing working capital and allowing Production to efficiently operate their production equipment.
• Providing supply chain analysis, interpretation and evaluation of results for supply chain issues and implement effective solutions to them.

Supply Chain Management

• Working closely with OHSE department to create a safe and healthy working environment
• Lead the operational planning process, demand review and S&OP meeting
• Ensure demand analysis process delivers best estimate and requirements and is communicated to all stakeholders
• Ensure new items or SKU process is designed and effectively managed
• Closely co-operate with Production to ensure production plans are clear, executable and communicate in advance
• Establish the means and tools to be able to implement a freeze period wherein no job changes can take place in the shopfloor
• Implement planning and control processes to ensure minimized stock levels and hence minimized working capital
• Ensure slow moving materials are managed and aging inventory monitoring and control process is in place
• Run monthly reviews of aging inventory with stakeholders
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks
• Establish data recording system to effectively track RM, WIP and FG levels as well as other materials under responsibility
• Ensure materials are purchase in timely and transparent manner at best total cost of ownership

• Negotiate pricing with the suppliers and logistics vendors
  • Work closely with Sales to continually improve supply chain and achieve set DIFOT values
• Manage the product inventory system and supplier database
  • Continually review the supply chain process and improve according to set KPIs
• Responsible in reporting problem with regards to FSMS to immediate superior or to any FS team.
