Job summary

ACCPRO International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Lead to manage plant operations in Mandaluyong. You will create production schedules, ensure material availability, and supervise procurement, warehousing, and logistics to align with forecasted demand.

The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing supply chains, strong leadership, and solid communication skills to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors. On-site position with health-related benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain operations within manufacturing, food production, plant or commissary environments.
• Proven background in production planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms, inventory management systems and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and operations teams to support smooth daily operations.
• Review supply chain performance data and drive process improvements for operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, GMP standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiation of pricing, delivery timelines, and service agreements.
• Generate operational reports, KPI tracking, and supply chain performance analysis for management review.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to meet business objectives.
