Job summary

Joinimagine is looking for a fourth-year or graduating Industrial Engineering student to assist in keeping Orderbook Fulfillment reports up to date and support daily supply chain operations. The role includes updating SOPs and contributing to process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Successful candidates will support inventory activities, collaborate with team members, and provide analytical assistance for ongoing supply chain projects and ad hoc requirements.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s program in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining Orderbook Fulfillment reports to support daily operations.
• Support inventory availability activities, including stock category transfers, review of order rejections, and coordination of inventory updates to support order fulfillment.
• Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
• Contribute to process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Supply Chain efficiency.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for Supply Chain projects and ad hoc business requirements.
