Axiro Semiconductor, a fabless design company, seeks a seasoned SCM Head to lead end-to-end supply chain planning for foundries, assembly, and logistics. You will convert demand into concrete build plans, manage supplier risk, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with sales, finance, and quality teams.

The role emphasizes deep semiconductor supply-chain knowledge, NPI readiness, and strong negotiation and communication skills to keep business moving under pressure.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in SCM, production planning, or operations within semiconductor or related manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing both NPI and production supply chains simultaneously.
• Proven experience working with foundries, OSATs, and logistics partners in fabless or fab-lite environments.

Responsibilities

Job Description: SCM Head

• Own foundry capacity and wafer planning across both production and NPI programs, ensuring build plans are backed by a reliable supply commitment
• Own assembly, packaging, and test (APT) planning, coordinating with OSAT partners from lot release through finished goods handoff
• Own production control, converting demand and sales forecast into an executable build plan across foundry, assembly, and test
• Own on-time delivery performance and PGI date accuracy, setting and revising dates based on lead time, inventory on hand, sales forecast, and backlog
• Identify supplier risks proactively (capacity, quality, geopolitical, single-source exposure) and drive mitigation plans before they impact delivery
• Own inbound and outbound logistics, including documentation, customs coordination, and logistics partner management
• Own supply chain readiness for NPI, ensuring foundry, assembly, and test partners are qualified and capacity-committed ahead of milestones
• Manage the operating relationship with foundry, OSAT, and logistics partners, acting as the primary escalation point for execution issues
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, finance, quality, and special projects/deal teams to ensure supply chain is never the blocker in business decisions
• Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain, including foundry, OSAT (assembly, packaging, test), and logistics operations
• Experience with AVL/qualification processes and coordinating engineering builds alongside production
• Strong analytical skills for demand-supply planning, capacity forecasting, and inventory management
• Ability to set and defend delivery commitments (PGI dates) based on multiple, often changing inputs
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
• Working knowledge of import/export compliance and trade documentation
• Ability to identify and mitigate supply chain risk proactively, not just react to disruptions
• Soft Skills:

Experience
