Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Data Analyst to act as the analytical backbone across its global units—Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Finance and Multi-Plant Operations.

You will build high-impact Power BI dashboards, analyze metrics like On-Time Delivery, Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Health, and present actionable recommendations directly to leadership and executives to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of analytics experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain.
• Advanced Excel skills for manipulating large datasets and auditing data.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Strong communication and ability to present insights to executives.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Mine, reconcile, and analyze large datasets across Sales, Orders, Backlog, Inventory, and Supply Chain metrics.
• Design and manage enterprise Power BI dashboards and Excel models to communicate trends to leadership.
• Analyze demand forecast accuracy and supply dynamics to guide planning and inventory decisions.
• Audit data integrity across plant systems and identify root causes of inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers and other stakeholders, guiding and training junior analysts.
