Job description

As Ecosa's Supply Chain Analyst, you will own forecasting, capacity planning, operational

reporting, and supply chain analytics across warehouse and logistics operations. This role is

responsible for building and maintaining the analytical framework that supports operational

decision-making, identifying risks before they impact operations, and driving continuous

improvement through data-driven insights. We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and

commercially minded individual who translates data into action and contributes to improving

how we operate every day.

This role focuses on forecasting, capacity planning, operational reporting, and supply chain

analytics across warehouse and logistics operations. Performance is measured against

forecast accuracy, reporting quality, operational insights, and the ability to proactively identify

operational risks and improvement opportunities. Performance in this role is also measured

against a defined analytics scorecard which is reviewed on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Volume Forecasts: Prepare and maintain operational forecasts across warehouses and carriers using sales, dispatch, and performance trends.
  • Align Partner Capacity: Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure capacity readiness for peak periods, promotions, and daily operations.
  • Optimize Forecast Models: Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust predictive models based on actual trends and performance.
  • Build Reporting Infrastructure: Develop and improve KPI dashboards, performance scorecards, and operational tracking tools.
  • Manage Service Metrics: Support DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) and service performance reporting to ensure high-accuracy data.
  • Deliver Stakeholder Insights: Provide regular, timely operational reports and visibility updates to internal teams.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Investigate delivery failures, cost variances, and operational inefficiencies to identify emerging risks.
  • Drive Data-Backed Solutions: Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business-wide stakeholders.
  • Track Impact: Support operational improvement initiatives and measure the outcomes of implemented changes.
  • Support Logistics Projects: Execute project tasks including data gathering, financial/operational modeling, and implementation support.
  • Assist Tool Rollouts: Help deploy new reporting tools, processes, and operational changes across the network.
  • Manage Execution: Complete tasks accurately within deadlines while proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Analytical & Reporting Expertise: Strong capability in supply chain analytics, data interpretation, and trend identification.
  • Technical Toolset: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with preferred experience in BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of warehouse, 3PL, and transport operations.
  • Data Communication: Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, curious approach focused on continuous improvement and balancing strategy with daily operational realities.
  • Logistics & Planning Background: Proven experience in supply chain analytics, logistics planning, or operations analysis.
  • Proactive Risk Management: Track record of identifying trends and operational risks early, escalating issues when they fall outside set parameters.
  • Data Accountability: Demonstrated ownership over the quality, accuracy, and integrity of all analytical outputs and performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience communicating clearly and professionally with both internal business teams and external partners.
  • Fast-Paced Adaptability: Proven ability to maintain a strong attention to detail while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
