Job summary

Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. is seeking a Supply and Demand Planner to convert sales and marketing forecasts into weekly SKU-level production and procurement plans, ensuring timely material and finished goods availability.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance, using NetSuite ERP to balance demand, inventory, service levels, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand, inventory, or production planning.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, jewelry, or FMCG is a plus.
• ERP experience required; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate forecasts (M+3) into weekly SKU production plans.
• Align plans with capacity, lead times, and priorities.
• Monitor forecast vs. actual; analyze variances and adjust plans.
• Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, service level, stock-outs, excess inventory.
• Plan raw material requirements based on BOM and schedules.
• Apply JIT approach for high-value materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate NetSuite data (lead times, safety stock, reorder points).
• Ensure timely replenishment, production, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor backlogs, open orders, and dispatch schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply risks.
• Generate reports and drive inventory and planning improvements.
