Job summary

Stellantis NV seeks a Supplier Quality System Analyst to drive data visualization and reporting across supplier quality IT systems. You will gather requirements, build Power BI apps, and automate KPI reporting in collaboration with ICT and business stakeholders.

Key duties include developing Palantir-based reports, leading communities of practice, and coaching SQ teams on IT tooling. Strong background in data analytics and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of experience in business process improvement, and process design / redesign experience.
• Experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Ability to work at a technical level through full development life cycle.
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize work to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collect business requirements to create/modify data visualization tools, e.g., Power BI applications.
• Use Power BI to create/modify data analytic tools for Supplier Quality Warranty and issue reporting.
• Use Power Automate for routine data requests/updates.
• Use SQL (SPARK) and develop reports within Palantir environment.
• Develop new communities of practice (CoP's) in Auros.
• Collaborate with ICT to scale 3CPR WBS globally by defining BRD.
• Organize and maintain Team sites with FAQs and work instructions for SQEs.
• Provide coaching to SQ organization for all Supplier Quality IT systems.
• Make recommendations for modifications or technical solutions to improve KPI reporting.
• Support the development of SQ Leadership Goals.

The Supplier Quality System Analyst job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Identify and collect business requirements from multiple stakeholders to create/modify data visualization tools, i.e., Power BI applications, Power Apps
• Use Power BI to create and/or modify data analytic tools for Supplier Quality Warranty, and issue reporting, i.e., Non-Conformance Tracking (NCT), Global Issue Management System (SIRUIS Digital ME application), OBEYA, 3rd party Containment & Problem Resolution (3CPR), as well as, other key processes for the automation of key business reporting processes (KPI’s).
• User Power Automate software to for routine business process data requests/updates.
• Use SQL (SPARK) and develop reports within the Palantir environment
• Develop new communities of practice (CoP's) in Auros
• Work with ICT to take the current North America 3CPR WBS global by defining business case and creating the Business Requirements Document (BRD).
• Organize and maintain Team sites with appropriate information, i.e., FAQ's, work instruction, etc., to direct SQE's to needed information for increased job performance/efficiency
• Provide coaching to SQ organization for all Supplier Quality IT systems
• Make recommendations for modifications or technical solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency for key business process KPI’s
• Support the development of SQ Leadership Goals

• Bachelor in Computer Information Systems or equivalent
• Min 5 years of experience in business process improvement, and process design / redesign experience
• Success working with Qlik Sense, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Competent to work at a technical level for the successful implementation of a new application through the entire development life cycle
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
• Ability to analyze and prioritize work to meet objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mainframe Programming, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project Manager experience
• Excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated success creating data analytic tools using Palantir
• Knowledge of Supplier Quality Processes and IT Systems
• DMAIC Six Sigma Certification
