Eaton Corporation in Tanauan City, Calabarzon, Philippines, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to coordinate QA across processes and products. You will drive supplier quality excellence, support PPAP/APQP, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years in supplier quality within manufacturing, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience using quality tools and systems such as SPC and PFMEA.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; manufacturing experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of supplier quality management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SPC, CP, Gage R&R, Control Plans, PFMEA.
• Hands-on with APQP/PPAP processes; CQE knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Lead supplier performance management and report key metrics (DMR, DPPM, SSA, QPA).
• Train and coach suppliers on quality tools, methods, and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and standardize QC processes.
• Lead PROLaunch NPD/STP supplier engagement and PPAP execution.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate quality issues with root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Support quality audits, inspections, and supplier assessments.
• Resolve quality concerns with customers and suppliers to improve satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
