Job summary

MicroSourcing, in partnership with Maples Group, seeks a Supervisor (Tax Forms), Client Accounting to join our Manila operations in Taguig onsite. You will oversee a high-volume preparation and review of US IRS tax forms and corporate registrations for entities across jurisdictions.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and 1–2 years coaching junior staff, preferably with a background in financial services or accounting. Excellent collaboration within a global team is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
• At least 1–2 years of experience coaching and managing junior staff.
• Experience in financial services, investment industry or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain a high volume of US IRS tax forms and corporate registrations for 40+ jurisdictions.
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tax forms and registrations are performed according to established protocols.
• Call the IRS and accurately transcribe information received.
• Maintain trackers in MS Excel, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and manage billing/invoicing.

Your Role

• As a Supervisor (Tax Forms), Client Accounting, you will:
• Be responsible for preparation, review and maintenance of a high volume of US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for a large number of entities in 40+ jurisdictions
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly, accurately and with a high degree of professionalism
• Ensure that all tax forms and registrations are performed and reviewed in accordance with established protocols.
• Be responsible for calling the IRS and accurately transcribing information received
• Be expected to perform other duties include maintaining trackers on MS-Excel, preparing weekly/ monthly reports, billing & invoicing and maintaining proper records of client work
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to ensure deadlines are met

Display a strong team focus and willingness to assist other team members when required

• Ad-hoc projects, including reporting, as required
• Be responsible for coaching and managing junior staff.

What You Need
