Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements across the team.
• Define and optimize standard operating procedures, onboarding, QA checks, and escalation paths.
• Manage data quality, privacy, and compliance with advertising policies and regional regulations.
• Monitor KPIs (throughput, accuracy, SLA attainment, defect rate, refund/credit cycles) and drive improvements.
• Partner with Finance on cost controls, budgeting, and ROI reporting; assist in forecasting and headcount planning.
• Facilitate cross-functional communications with Product, IT/SRE, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Own reporting to the Department Head and senior leadership; prepare dashboards and weekly/ monthly reviews.

• Lead and mentor a team of Advertisers, Account Encoders, Orders/Uploader staff, and Sequence Builders; set performance objectives and monitor outcomes.
• Ensure end-to-end campaign and order workflows meet quality, SLA, and policy requirements.
• Collaborate with AI Sales Bot and uploader integrations; implement guardrails and human-in-the-loop review where needed.
