Job summary

Prince Retail Group is seeking a Supervisor - Advertisement & Promotion to lead the Ads and Promos team in planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across our store network. You will ensure on-time, on-brand campaigns and manage both in-store and external advertising initiatives.

You will oversee budgets, collaborate with Merchandising, Creatives, Procurement, and Visual teams, and coach the team to deliver compelling promotions that drive traffic and sales across Cebu stores.

• Develop campaign briefs and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Secure necessary permits and approvals for promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Creatives, Procurement, and Visual teams to produce and implement promotional materials.
• Manage promotional budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
• Oversee external advertising channels, including radio and other media placements.
• Monitor delivery and execution of promotional collaterals across stores.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvement plans.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Advertisement & Promotion team.

About the role

The Supervisor - Advertisement & Promotion is responsible for leading the Ads and Promos team in the planning, coordination, and execution of all advertising and promotional activities. The role ensures timely and effective implementation of marketing campaigns, maintains brand consistency, manages promotional budgets, and oversees both in-store and external advertising initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, and Promotions.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferably with experience in the retail industry or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities.
