A leading ice production company in Taguig is seeking a full-time operator to monitor and adjust refrigeration machinery and oversee the ice-making process. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of a Refrigeration Short Course, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, with or without experience. Job Description

• System Operation: Monitor and adjust refrigeration machinery, including compressors, pumps, and cooling towers, to maintain proper functioning.
• Production Monitoring: Oversee the ice-making process, including freezing times, water levels, and ice thickness.
• Maintenance & Sanitation: Perform daily/weekly inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, and clean the production area.
• Harvesting: Supervise or perform the harvesting of ice from brine tanks, ensuring compliance with production schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Monitor for hazards like ammonia leaks, handle materials safely, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Documentation: Record daily operating parameters, including suction pressure, oil levels, and production volume.
