Job summary

• Physically fit and able to perform field/maintenance work.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• NC II in RAC/Refrigeration or related certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on freezers, chillers, cold rooms, and units.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration problems.
• Monitor and maintain proper temperature levels.
• Check refrigerant levels, compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, thermostats.
• Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection when necessary.
• Clean coils, filters, condensers, evaporators, and other components.
• Replace defective parts and respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure equipment complies with safety and operational standards.

Job Description

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate; vocational/technical training in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician or in a related position.
• Knowledgeable in refrigeration systems, electrical components, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experienced in preventive maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment.
• Able to use basic tools and testing equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to perform field or maintenance work.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• NC II in RAC/Refrigeration or related certification is an advantage.
