Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Manager for SuccessFactors implementations. You will lead projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating across SuccessFactors consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires hands-on experience with core SuccessFactors modules (RCM, PMGM, LMS), strong SDLC knowledge, and proven ability to drive QA, testing, and stakeholder communications across distributed teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS.
2–4 years in IT functional/analyst roles within ERP/HRIS environments.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet objectives and budgets.
Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables aligned with business needs.
Oversee QA, testing, and risk management for project releases.
Coordinate with SIs on integration specifications and data mapping.
