Job summary

Keywords Studios in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Subtitling Project Coordinator to manage multilingual localization projects within the Media & Entertainment division. You will oversee file delivery, timelines, and quality across projects for clients in gaming and entertainment.

You will collaborate with client tools and workflows, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure accurate project data and invoicing, all while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Previous subtitling experience is essential.
• Experience in localization or video games industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery within timescales, quality, and profitability margins.
• Manage internal and external resources to meet project instructions and QA procedures.
• Prepare and analyse translation files from clients.
• Monitor and triage client communications and ensure shift handover.
• Ensure project data in the system is accurate and complete.
• Prepare data for client invoicing and financial reports.
• Participate in regular internal meetings.
