Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in subgrant evaluation, project audits, financial monitoring, grant compliance, or related areas, preferably with an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct subgrant performance evaluations with the Project Leader, assessing programmatic compliance, partner efficiency, and overall subgrant performance.
• Support due diligence reviews of partners before LoA processing.
• Conduct desk-based assessments and operational reviews of partners to assess financial and operational controls, validate reported expenses, and review compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate audit planning and follow-up activities with relevant internal and external auditors, compile required documentation, and monitor actions arising from audit findings.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting and monitoring tools to strengthen partner and project team accountability and efficiency.
• Support LoA closing and termination procedures by coordinating requirements, monitoring completion of financial, reporting, and contractual obligations, and flagging outstanding items for appropriate action.
