INTEC Energy Solutions, Manila-based, is seeking a Subcontract Engineer to manage subcontract administration for EPC and renewable energy projects in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will handle agreements, documentation, and compliance while coordinating with site and head-office teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in subcontract or contract administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and strong English communication. Prior experience in utility-scale solar is an advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in subcontract or contract administration for EPC/renewable projects.
• Experience with infrastructure or utility-scale solar projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong documentation control and fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Administer subcontract agreements from award through close-out.
• Maintain subcontract records, logs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, specs and policies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and deliverables.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings and ongoing activities.
• Prepare and track contracts, change orders and notices.
• Collaborate with project controls, engineering, procurement, construction and finance.
• Support risk identification and escalation when necessary.
