Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions, from our Philippines office, is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support planning, schedule control and cost management on our solar and BESS projects.

You will develop schedules with MS Project/Primavera P6, manage budgets, perform EVM analyses, and deliver dashboards for executives. This role requires 10 years EPC experience and strong English.

Qualifications

10+ years of planning and cost control experience in EPC environments.
Experience in solar PV or renewables preferred; other energy sectors acceptable.
Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel.
Experience in earned value management (EVM) and project forecasting.
Knowledge of EPC and FIDIC contracts is a plus.
High level of English for international reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed master schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6.
Monitor budgets, spend, forecasts, and cost variances; perform EAC.
Create dashboards and reports for project managers and executives; manage risks.
