David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Property & Studio Development Manager to lead all property, facility, technical and project operations across Asia from Cebu. This role focuses on opening new game tables, expanding studio capacity, budgeting OPEX and CAPEX, and ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

• 10+ years of professional experience in facilities, construction or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering fit-out, construction or technical installation projects on time and on budget, preferably across several countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, facility management, IT, broadcasting or a related field.
• Solid understanding of building services (power, HVAC, fire safety, lighting and low-current systems).
• Strong budget planning, cost control and contractor management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures, time zones and remote teams.
• Based in Cebu and willing to travel frequently across Asia.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global company operating live game studios that is seeking to onboard a Property & Studio Development (PSD) Manager to join their team in Cebu.

The successful candidate will lead all property, facility, technical and project operations across the Asia region (currently the Philippines and Taiwan), keeping day-to-day operations stable and cost-efficient while acting as the single accountable Project Manager for opening new game tables and expanding studio capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the office, facility, technical and project teams across Asia, covering hiring, training, performance reviews and cover plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role

• Proven track record of delivering fit-out, construction or technical installation projects on time and on budget, preferably across several countries

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, facility management, IT, broadcasting or a related field

• Solid understanding of building services (power, HVAC, fire safety, lighting and low-current systems)

• Strong budget planning, cost control and contractor management skills

• Full professional proficiency in English

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures, time zones and remote teams

• Accurate, detail-oriented and proactive, with tact and discretion with confidential information

• Based in Cebu and willing to travel frequently across Asia

Advantages
