Job summary

RMG Talent in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Property & Studio Development Manager to oversee all property, facility, technical and project operations across Asia, with a focus on opening new game tables and expanding studio capacity. This hybrid role requires leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance and safety.

Based in Cebu, you will coordinate design, manage contractors, and report to stakeholders, traveling across Asia as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, facility management, IT, broadcasting or a related field.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Asia; based in Cebu with no relocation offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead office, facility, technical and project teams across Asia.
• Own budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and monthly variance reporting.
• Manage leases, vendors, and sites with SLAs and safety compliance.
• Maintain fit-out/renovation backlog with budgets and timelines.
• Write CAPEX requests and track cost, schedule, and quality.
• Supervise contractors, ensure permits and safety standards.
• Report weekly to stakeholders and monthly to PMO.
• Coordinate design, tenders, and handovers to Operations.
• Support post-launch review and initial operations.
