• Guide graduating students through career assessments, career talks, mock interviews, job fairs, and future-readiness activities
• Build meaningful partnerships with students, parents, teachers, and community partners to create a safe and supportive school environment
• Champion student success through proactive interventions, confidential counseling, data-driven programs, and continuous professional development
