Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with experience in special needs or behavioral support in schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative intervention for students with behavioral or attendance issues.
• De-escalate inappropriate behaviors using approved intervention techniques.
• Partner with school staff, students, and families to support student success.
• Refer families to community and Boys Town resources as needed.
• Track student progress and maintain case files and data.
