You will guide students in exploring career options, assist with referrals when needed, and collaborate with teachers and parents to foster a positive learning environment while maintaining confidential records.

Formación

• College degree or higher in guidance counseling.
• 1–2 years in Guidance and Counseling Services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Empathetic, analytical, and able to work with diverse students.
• Technology-savvy with database management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Provide academic advising and schedule planning.
• Guide students on career options and opportunities.
• Mediate conflicts and develop interpersonal skills.
• Offer crisis support and referrals when needed.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to support student success.
• Identify at-risk students and refer to professionals when necessary.
• Develop and implement comprehensive counseling programs.
• Maintain confidential student records.
• Stay updated on counseling techniques and legal mandates affecting student welfare.
