Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive guidance program.
• Conducts intake interview, academic monitoring, needs assessment and assessment reports of students.
• Provides counseling sessions and consultation for students with personal, psycho-social, career and academic concerns.
• Organize and facilitate group sessions, seminars, workshops and training.
• Coordinates with the Teachers and Parents regarding the student's concern.
• Provide services to families that seek additional support, intervention, and guidance through consultations.
• Collaborates with students to identify career aspirations and academic goals; provides information and answers questions related to college applications and career choices that are aligned with their skills and interests.
• Ensure proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Establish and maintain effective channels of communication and active promotion of Guidance and Counseling with parents and students.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
