Responsibilities

• Lead development of formation programs for assigned year levels and align with curriculum
• Manage logistics, venue setups, scheduling, and grade submissions
• Mentor students and coordinate with partner offices and external organizations
• Monitor budgets, report on program outcomes, and implement improvements
• Serve as primary contact for year-level formation inquiries and partnerships
