SINIAN INT'L CORPORATION seeks an early-career Geotechnical Engineer to support infrastructure projects. You will perform soil/rock analyses, assist in site investigations, and coordinate with senior engineers and clients to deliver design calculations and reports.
The role offers exposure to roads, buildings, tunnels, and marine works, focusing on quality, timeliness, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Prepare and develop drawings for infrastructure construction projects.
Can provide design calculation and structural analysis
Assist in the review and coordination of civil and structural engineering drawings and technical plans and other engineering documents and deliverables.
Support the delivery of construction output and structural design packages in accordance with construction plans and designs.
Coordinate with senior Engineers, Project Managers, Project Directors, Engineering specialists and consultants and multidisciplinary teams on project requirements.
Assist in project management activities, including planning, reporting, constructions and document control.
Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and site visits as maybe needed and required.
Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and engineering best practices Reliable Building structures and Designs
Willing to work under pressure and to submit Technical Reports on time.
Engineer supports the delivery of geotechnical consulting services across infrastructure and development projects through technical analysis, reporting, and coordination. The role contributes to project delivery while developing core consulting and engineering capabilities. It requires applying fundamental geotechnical engineering principles to support foundation design, earthworks, and underground structures, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and meeting client requirements.
This role involves assisting in developing site investigation programs, technical analysis, report preparation, and design tasks under the supervision of senior engineers or project managers, and contribution to project delivery within time and budget constraints.
The position is suited for an early-career professional with 2–5 years of experience who is developing strong technical foundations while gaining exposure to client-facing and project delivery aspects of consulting.

2–5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or related field
Knowledge on Designs, Calculations, Analysis, Structural expertise and Engineering experiences
Experience in geotechnical consulting or infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, rail, buildings, tunnels, or marine works) is an advantage
Exposure to site investigations, laboratory testing coordination, and construction support activities
Demonstrated ability to work within project schedules and budgets in a team environment
Strong understanding of soil and rock mechanics principles
Ability to perform geotechnical analyses (e.g., foundations, settlement, slope stability, retaining structures)
Support geotechnical investigations through planning, field coordination, and interpretation of site and laboratory data.
Perform basic geotechnical analyses for foundations, earthworks, slopes, and excavation support under supervision.
Prepare design calculations, technical reports and documentation in accordance with relevant codes and client requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project delivery within schedule and budget constraints.
Utilize industry-standard geotechnical software to support analysis and design tasks.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of outputs with internal QA/QC standards and company procedures.
Support project managers in tracking progress and maintaining project performance.
