Job summary

Australian Pathways OPC (Offshored) in the Philippines is seeking an Architect to join our team in Bonifacio Global City and work full-time from home, supporting an established Australian client.

You will produce precise 2D and 3D documentation in Autodesk Revit, coordinate with project managers, architects and engineers, and manage drafting, modelling and design across the full project lifecycle, while meeting deadlines and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; licensed preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in architectural drafting/design.
• Advanced Revit for 2D/3D; working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp/Enscape or Lumion is a plus.
• Understanding of construction documentation and NCC is highly regarded.
• Detail-oriented with ability to self-check and quality-control work.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English; client liaison.
• Portfolio of Revit work required with application.
• Work from home with dedicated workspace and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Architect to join our team in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and work full-time work from home supporting one of our clients — an established Australian architecture and design practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect who enjoys producing precise, high-quality 2D and 3D documentation in Autodesk Revit, staying organised and being part of a professional team. You will work closely with the client's project managers, architects and engineers and become an important part of their day-to-day operations.

Architecture industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience producing construction and design documentation in Revit for residential or commercial projects. As an Architect, you will provide drafting, modelling and design support across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to detailed documentation, while keeping the client's standards, accuracy and deadlines front of mind.

Key responsibilities

Drafting and design

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create 2D and 3D technical drawings, models and renderings using Autodesk Revit.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, adhere to industry standards and reflect the client's vision and requirements.

Client assistance

• Provide hands‑on assistance and support to clients throughout the design and drafting process.
• Address client enquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Interpret and implement client feedback into design revisions as needed.

Documentation

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including drafting logs, revision history and file organisation.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and industry best practice.

Quality control

• Perform thorough quality checks on drafted drawings to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
• Verify that drawings accurately represent design intent and adhere to project requirements.

Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers and other team members to integrate design changes and updates.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on design progress and challenges.

Software expertise

• Maintain advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant drafting tools.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in drafting software and techniques.

Time management

• Manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate any potential delays or challenges to the project manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (licensed Architect preferred).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural drafting and design, ideally within an architecture or building design practice.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for 2D documentation, 3D modelling and renderings; working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion or similar is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing and industry drafting standards; familiarity with Australian standards and the National Construction Code (NCC) is highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to self-check and quality-control your own work.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English, with the ability to liaise directly with clients and project teams.
• Well organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting Australian or other overseas clients is an advantage.
• A portfolio of Revit work (drawings, models and renderings) is required with your application.
• Able to work from home with a dedicated workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer capable of running Revit (or willing to use client-provided hardware).
• Available to work Monday to Friday on a day shift aligned to Australian business hours.
