SOLAR RESOURCES, INC. is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead structural design and analyses for multiple projects in Metro Manila. You will ensure designs comply with codes, perform critical calculations for permits, and support planning teams throughout project lifecycles.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of design/land development experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, and Revit. On-site oversight and collaboration with the real estate division are expected.

Formación

• Licensed Civil Engineer required.
• 3-5 years experience in a design firm / land development project, preferably in real estate.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, STAAD, Revit and other design software.

Responsabilidades

• Create structural designs for all company projects.
• Provide analysis and rectification of ongoing projects.
• Provide structural analysis and computations needed for permits.
• Conduct regular ocular inspections on all company projects.
• Provide technical support for planning.
