Responsabilités

• Oversee data transformation and ensure timely reporting of data with stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio of strategic transformation projects with milestones, budgets, EBITDA impact.
• Lead project kickoffs, defining scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
• Facilitate cross-functional workstreams and track progress via standups and dashboards.
• Identify blockers, conduct post-mortems, and provide monthly updates to Strategy & Transformation Head.
