Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, campaigns; compile reports.
• Review and approve marketing campaigns; coordinate with teams for launch.
• Maintain calendar of campaigns, launches, promotions and activities.
• Conduct research to support new business initiatives and create presentations.
• Consolidate department scorecards and management reports; ensure timely submission.
• Support meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and documenting minutes.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Competitor and Market Monitoring: Research and track competitor activities, market trends, products, pricing, promotions, and industry developments. Consolidate findings into reports and updates.
• Campaign Gatekeeping and Approvals: Manage the review and approval process for marketing campaigns, track approvals, document decisions, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are cleared for launch.
• Marketing Calendar Management: Maintain an updated calendar of campaigns, product launches, promotions, and key marketing activities. Monitor schedules, overlapping activities, and dependencies to keep stakeholders informed.
• Market and Business Research: Conduct research to support new business initiatives, management directives, product initiatives, and strategic discussions. Summarize findings and prepare presentations.
• Performance and Deliverables Tracking: Consolidate and validate department scorecards, performance updates, management reports, and other recurring deliverables, ensuring timely submission.
• Meetings and Planning Support: Coordinate department meetings, planning sessions, workshops, and team activities. Prepare agendas and materials, manage logistics, document meeting minutes, and track action items.

We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in strategy, business planning, marketing operations, research, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and summarize market and competitor information.
• Good project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in tracking approvals, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
• The ability to work with different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and presentation tools.
