Job summary

GCash is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to drive strategic transformations in data, product governance and reporting. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Consumer Data, Analytics, Product, Delivery, WealthTech and external partners.

The role requires deep delivery discipline, stakeholder negotiation, and strategic thinking to hit EBITDA targets and budgets. You will run kickoffs, define scope, timelines, and success criteria, with regular updates to the Strategy &

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Program/Project Management, Strategy Execution, or Consulting in Fintech/Tech.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional transformation projects.
• Certifications in PM (PMP/Prince2/Scrum Master) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic transformation projects from initiation to close.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with Business Heads, Product, Delivery, and partners.
• Define scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and success criteria.
• Provide monthly portfolio updates to Strategy & Transformation Head.
• Maintain risk registers and RACI matrices; escalate blockers as needed.
• Ensure projects hit EBITDA targets post-launch.

Project manages cross-functional "Strategic Special Projects" from initiation to close, ensuring complex initiatives (e.g., Data Transformation, Product Management Governance) are executed on time

You will be responsible for the following:

Does ( The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

• Oversee data transformation (together with Consumer Data and Analytics) and ensure timely and accurate reporting of data
• Manages the pillar's portfolio of strategic transformation projects, tracking milestones, budgets, and EBITDA impact
• Leads project kickoffs, defining scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria
• Facilitates cross-functional workstreams, coordinating Business Heads, Product, Delivery, WealthTech, and external partners
• Tracks project progress via weekly standups, dashboards, and status reports
• Identifies and escalates blockers, ensuring projects stay on track
• Conducts post-mortem reviews on completed projects, documenting lessons learned
• Provides monthly project portfolio updates to Strategy & Transformation Head
• Enforces rigorous project management discipline (clear owners, RACI matrices, risk registers)
• Ensures strategic projects hit their projected EBITDA targets (validates business cases post-launch)

We are looking for:

• 7-10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy Execution, or Management Consulting within Fintech, Banking, or Technology
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional transformation projects
• Strong project management skills - certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) preferred
• Strategic business acumen - understanding of financial services and fintech business models
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
