The role is responsible for driving strategic planning, performance monitoring, stakeholder alignment, governance oversight, and executive visibility of key initiatives. Working closely with leaders, enterprise strategy partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures that programs, capabilities, and transformation initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business value.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:### 1. Strategic Planning and Execution* Facilitate annual planning, quarterly reviews, and strategy refresh exercises.* Translate strategic objectives into execution roadmaps, initiatives, milestones, and success measures.* Monitor execution progress and drive issue resolution and escalation where necessary.### 2. Performance Management and KPI Governance* Partner with leaders to develop, review, and govern KPIs, OKRs, and Balanced Scorecard metrics.* Ensure performance measures are aligned with enterprise objectives and business outcomes.* Lead performance review cycles and identify improvement opportunities.### 3. Governance and Operating Model Alignment* Establish and maintain governance frameworks, decision-making structures, operating models, and RACI matrices supporting initiatives.* Ensure key processes are documented, reviewed, and continuously improved.* Coordinate governance forums and action tracking.4. Executive Reporting and Strategic Insights* Develop executive presentations, strategic updates, and management reports for leadership review.* Translate operational metrics and program updates into decision-ready insights and recommendations.* Support leadership discussions through strategic storytelling and analysis.5.
