Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. in the Philippines seeks a senior policy/strategy professional to shape sector-wide plans for community-based care of seniors. You will design funding models, incentives, and evaluation frameworks to support desired outcomes while driving sector transformation.

The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently or with a team to advance policy objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in strategy, policy, development or community care.
• Familiar with national policies will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with effective interpersonal, stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sector-wide plans that promote coordinated, community-based care for seniors.
• Design funding models, incentives and evaluation frameworks to support desired care outcomes.
• Drive the transformation and future planning of the Community Care Sector.
• Build stakeholder partnerships and oversee data collection and analysis to identify sector needs and recommend initiatives.
• Support key Programme Office workstreams and ensure alignment with broader policy objectives.
• Provide secretariat support for key meetings and stakeholder platforms.
