Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations or strategy roles in consulting firms or consumer goods.
• Proven collaboration with multifunctional peers.
• Experience leading a multi-country team in a diverse cultural environment.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure situations and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Architect the planning cycle: lead Annual Business Plan, Long Range Planning, and Moonshots.
• Manage bottler alignments, Top-to-Top meetings, and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Prioritize high-value opportunities that drive profitable growth.
• Use fact-based strategy to identify insights and actionable levers.
• Develop analytical capabilities for Operations and partner functions.
• Capture and network best practices across the system.
• Update Strategy leadership on on-the-ground initiatives and challenges.
• Team: Leads a team of 3 associates; indirectly influences Mexico franchise operations teams
