Job Overview
As a Strategy Execution Partner in the Architecture Governance team, you will be an integral part of the Governance and Delivery Tribe within the Architecture and Engineering team. You will design, implement, manage, and deliver innovative solutions and help enhance policy‑as‑code (PaC) in the cloud, collaborating with platform engineers, devops, SRE, and DevSecOps teams to ensure secure and compliant infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Engineering standards & governance
- Define, maintain, and evolve infrastructure and cloud engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Assess architecture and solution proposals for compliance with policies, technical guidelines, and security requirements.
- Develop governance frameworks and processes for consistent, sustainable engineering execution.
- Compliance & risk management
- Conduct compliance reviews, technical audits, and configuration baselines across cloud, network, and infrastructure environments.
- Identify gaps, risks, and deviations from standards; drive remediation with product and engineering teams.
- Support regulatory, internal audit, and security compliance initiatives (e.g., risk assessments, documentation requirements).
- Architecture support & technical enablement
- Work with architects and engineering squads to ensure adherence to reference architectures, deployment patterns, and operational requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on cloud, infrastructure, and network design considerations.
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of new technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Documentation & knowledge management
- Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, reference architectures, and playbooks.
- Contribute to engineering community enablement through trainings, workshops, and onboarding guides.
- Continuous improvement & automation
- Identify opportunities to automate governance workflows, compliance checks, and configuration validation.
- Contribute to tooling around policy‑as‑code, monitoring, and governance dashboards.
