Job summary

Support Services Group seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer to transform data into insights. You will build end-to-end BI solutions using the Microsoft data stack, collaborate with Operations, QA, and Workforce Management, and automate reporting to improve performance.

You will design BI solutions with Power BI, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality and governance in a multi-source environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on BI or data analytics experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Python, SSIS, and SSRS/Power BI Report Builder.
• Solid ETL/ELT, data modeling, and BI architecture knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Analytics or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS.
• Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Automate reporting and data processes using Python and Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, troubleshoot data issues, and support business decisions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting standards.
