Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a graphic designer to enhance visual communications across bids, projects and marketing materials. You will produce high-quality visuals, diagrams, maps, infographics and proposals that align with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in a similar corporate or professional services setting, strong English communication, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. Collaborative, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented with the ability to work with teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communications, or relevant experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and PowerPoint proficiency are essential.
• Extensive experience creating both digital and print visuals.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality visual outputs such as diagrams, maps, infographics, documents and proposals.
• Provide presentation support within brand guidelines.
• Design according to global brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to share ideas and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate print and digital document requirements.
